Which website package is right for me?
The Template Launch is for businesses that want an existing Immortal Tofu layout
customized with their content and branding. The Custom One-Page Website provides a
new layout built around one primary business goal. The Custom Business Website is
for multiple pages, unique layouts, analytics, integrations, or more involved
requirements.
I will confirm the appropriate package during the scope review before you receive
an invoice.
How is a Custom Business Website priced?
Custom Business Websites begin at $950. The starting package includes up to 3 pages.
Additional standard pages begin at $150 each. Final pricing depends on page layouts,
content needs, analytics, integrations, and launch support.
You receive a written scope and confirmed price before work begins. Any additions
requested later are quoted and approved separately.
Is SEO included?
Every new website includes an SEO-ready foundation with semantic HTML, logical
headings, page titles and descriptions, descriptive image text, mobile
responsiveness, and performance-minded code.
This helps search engines understand the website, but no specific search position
or ranking can be guaranteed.
Can you fix my existing website?
Yes. Website Fix & Polish begins at $100 and may include mobile-layout
problems, spacing, overflow, navigation, buttons, readability, or other HTML/CSS
issues.
Send the live website link and a description of the problem. Broader
mobile-responsiveness or multi-page repairs are priced after review.
Why use custom HTML/CSS instead of WordPress or another builder?
Website builders and content-management systems can be useful for frequent
self-publishing, advanced e-commerce, or complex content needs. They may also
introduce plugins, themes, databases, dashboards, and recurring updates that require
additional maintenance.
For straightforward business websites, custom HTML/CSS offers a lighter structure
with fewer moving parts, fewer compatibility conflicts, and less unnecessary code. I
recommend the simplest platform that genuinely fits the project.
Do you offer hosting and ongoing updates?
Yes. Monthly care is optional and begins after the website build is completed and
fully paid. Care plans provide managed hosting, technical support, routine checks,
and a defined amount of update time.
Care plans begin with a three-month commitment and continue month to month
afterward. Clients who do not need ongoing care can receive a standard website
handoff with no required monthly payment.
How do payments and ownership work?
After the scope and Project Agreement are approved, you receive a Stripe invoice.
Small repairs are generally paid upfront. Website builds may be paid upfront or
split into an initial and final payment, while larger projects may use milestones.
The client owns the completed website after the agreed balance is paid.
If you already own a domain, I can connect it. If you prefer a managed setup,
I can handle the domain registration and technical setup and arrange transfer when needed.
What do I need to provide?
Provide the core facts about your business, required content, services, contact
information, logo, brand colors, available images, and any examples you want
considered.
I organize the page structure and can help shape or lightly refine the wording
within the approved scope. You review and approve all final content before launch.
Extensive copywriting, research, or brand strategy may require a separate quote.
